PHASE 1 REGISTRATION & COLLECTION

December 1 - 15, 2024

Become a member of a 4-person team.

  • You can form your own team

  • We can assign you to a team

To enter the draw:

  • Donate $40 per player to cover your participation fee - $20.00 direct donation to FFAS, $20.00 towards the purchase of wine or gift cards.

  • There is no limit to the number of entries per person.

  • Registration closes at midnight on Friday, December 15, 2024

  • Fill out the form below to register.

PHASE 2 - ELIMINATION

December 16 - 20, 2024

  • From December 16 to December 20, daily draws will be held and individual names will be eliminated or “voted off the island”. As long as at least one member of your team is still in the draw, your entire team is still in the game.

  • The number of people that will be eliminated every day will depend on the number of registered participants – follow us here or on the Foothills Fetal Alcohol Society Facebook page (@foothillsfas) for updates.  

  • The names of the individuals that are eliminated will be posted on the Foothills Fetal Alcohol Society Wine Survivor Facebook event page.

PHASE 3 FINAL DRAW

December 20, 2024 - Time TBD

The last 3 participants still in the game will be declared the winners. If you win – your whole team wins!


PRIZES


The winners will share the wine/gift cards collected.

Teams must decide if they want wine or gift cards.  All 4 members will receive the same prize (either wine or gift cards, no mix & match).  

The number of bottles/gift cards to be won will depend on the number of entries but the distribution will be as follows:

  • 1st Prize: 60% of the wine/gift cards split 4 ways with your team

  • 2nd Prize: 25% of the wine/gift cards split 4 ways with your team

  • 3rd Prize: 15% of the wine/gift cards split 4 ways with your team
